MAST PILOT YEAR 2 -- Moore is part of the MAST Testing Pilot. Instead of testing once a year, students grades 3-8 will be tested 5 times on shorter exams throughout the year during the following testing windows in order to gouge progress better. These classes currently cost $123 per course and there are many options available to students. Students must be self-directed in their studies. Also, students can enroll in Dual Enrollment classes through MSU-Great Falls. Students may receive their first classes (up to 6 credits) for FREE! Students may be required to purchase books for their courses. Students can earn both high school credit and college credit at the same time. Students also have the chance to enroll in a work study program while attending the Moore School, provided they meet the following criteria: juniors and seniors only, 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher and in good academic standing. Students will earn 1/2 credit per semester upon completing necessary assignments. Students are not paid for the time they work during the school day, as it is treated like on-the-job training.
